Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay, but the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Breakfast options at the onsite restaurant were decent, and the staff were friendly.

I had such a nice time unwinding in the cozy bar with great live music and the super comfy bed was just heavenly. The garden had lovely spots to chill out, making it a perfect escape. The only hiccup was that the heating took a bit to figure out, but it didn’t really ruin my stay. 😊

Just a great fit for a stopover in Ballygawley with a great value-to-price ratio. The small single room was adequate for my needs, even if it was up several flights of stairs. Make sure to check in on time, as rooms might not be ready when you arrive.

On arrival, I found the exterior locked, leading to multiple unanswered calls before someone showed up. Issues with room security caught my attention—the door frame looked battered and untrustworthy. the shower had temperature inconsistencies, making it less than ideal. also, the bathroom tap squirted water everywhere until I adjusted it. Breakfast options were disappointingly limited, and I had to venture out for actual food after being told only granola was available.

the room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens. amenities included a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the friendly staff made us feel at home. great food and drinks at the restaurant too!

After arriving, we found no staff to greet us. It took numerous phone calls to finally gain access. When we checked out, again there was nobody to assist us with key return, causing additional stress.

The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is absolutely brilliant! The steak night was a highlight, and the desserts were to die for.
